Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Toxin Eliminator browser extension (“Extension”), related websites, and Pro licenses. By installing or using the Extension or buying a license, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not affiliated with Amazon or Google
Toxin Eliminator is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., Google LLC, or their affiliates. Amazon and Chrome are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. What the Extension does
The Extension attempts to highlight Amazon listings that appear, based on on-page text, to use certain 100% natural fibers. It is a shopping aid only—not medical, toxicology, legal, or professional advice.
3. No guarantee of accuracy
Seller and retailer product text can be incomplete or incorrect. Detection logic can miss items, false-positive, or false-negative. “Approved Fabric” does not mean we tested the garment, verified lab results, or guarantee composition, safety, or health outcomes. You must verify materials yourself before buying or wearing products.
4. Software may break or stop working
Amazon, Chrome, and operating systems change frequently. The Extension may stop working in whole or in part, behave incorrectly, or require updates. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
If the Extension breaks or stops working, contact support at garvwebdesign@gmail.com with details (what you saw, browser version, and purchase email if applicable). We will try to help when reasonable, but we do not guarantee fixes, refunds, or continuous service.
5. Trial and Pro license
- A limited free trial may be offered (length set in the product). Trial state is stored in your browser and may reset if you clear data or reinstall.
- A Pro license is a personal right to use paid features subject to these Terms. Licenses are generally non-transferable except as we allow.
- Payments are processed by third parties (e.g. Stripe). Their terms apply to payment processing.
6. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer for the purpose of bypassing licensing except where allowed by law, abuse our systems, or use the Extension for unlawful purposes.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE EXTENSION AND RELATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE EXTENSION WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION, A LICENSE, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE EXTENSION OR A PRO LICENSE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THAT LICENSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU ONLY USED A FREE TRIAL).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Extension or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this site. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
